Returns & Exchange Policy
We constantly work hard to provide high quality Goods that are fault free and undamaged. On occasion however, goods may need to be returned. Returns are governed by these Terms and Conditions.
Xmas Returns Policy
To help you with your Christmas shopping, products bought from
17th October can be returned up to 8th January 2017. This gives
gift recipients plenty of time to return unwanted presents, so you
can shop early without worrying. Any purchases made after the
22nd December will be eligible for the normal 14 day returns period.
To take advantage of this Extended Returns Period, the Sales receipt
document must show a purchase date of 17th October to
22nd December 2016.
Unwanted items purchased online can be returned to our Office Address
details on the About us Page of our website. Items returned by post
must be posted by 8th January 2017.
You have a statutory right to a 'cooling off' period. If you change your mind about the Goods, they must be returned within 14 Days of Sale. Goods can only be returned in new, unused, unaltered, and unworn condition with all the protective plastics/packaging, hang tags, manuals, accessories and boxes intact in original state. We will accept the returned Goods only if they can be re-sold, as new, without any additional work.
If Goods are returned in partial packaging, we will deduct a further amount of £17.90 from the total refund.
You will be responsible for returning the Goods at your own cost. We suggest you return all unwanted Goods by appropriately insured recorded delivery service. We will not be held responsible for any items not received by us.
Note: You should return Goods by Royal Mail Special Delivery, only to our specified address and email us the tracking number. . If we fail to get back to you in good time, a further 7 working days will be allowed for returns, starting from the original date of our email reply to you .

Damaged / Shortages / Errors
Prior to despatch, all Goods are hand checked. However, if you receive Goods that are, different from those that you ordered, missing/short from an order, or have faults and/or are damaged including damages in transit and packing errors, you must contact us immediately within 48 hours by emailing us.
It is your responsibility to check Goods as soon as you receive them. This also applies when the Goods being bought are to be gifts or consequently sold on again. We only accept faulty Goods for up to 14 Days of receipt of Goods in their original condition with all packaging and documentation providing the damage is not caused by Malicious damage and/or Incorrect usage. Claims will not be accepted otherwise. Cost of Return Goods or Faulty Goods is at the Buyers cost and Designer Watches will not reimburse any costs involved in return of Goods back to us.
Warranty Repair is completed by our Authorised Repair Centre and all Repair work under Warranty is Completed within 4-8 weeks and you will be kept updated throughout the Process.
