1. Sales NotificationYou will receive an email confirmation as soon as you place an order giving you all relevant information including a sales receipt and delivery information.
2. Delivery timescalesThe delivery time scale is specified on the product page and at the checkout to indicate when you will receive your order.
We offer free shipping 3–6 working days, next day delivery, and order-in items delivery is 6–12 working days.
Due to the nature of the watches and jewellery which we sell, we operate a strict fraud screening process (e.g. you specify an alternative residential address as the delivery location which resides in another county to the billing address). There may be a delay of a few hours while we perform the appropriate checks. If we are unable to validate your order, you will receive an email to inform you of this.
Please note: In rare circumstances, during extremely busy periods it is not always possible to dispatch all orders the same day.
For order-in items, you can usually expect to receive the item within 6–12 business days approx. If the delay is likely to be significantly longer than this, we will contact you either by telephone or email to inform you of an approximate delivery date.

2.1 International deliveriesThe delivery estimates on the product page apply for international deliveries. International orders are shipped by Royal Mail International, who passes the package onto your overseas delivery company. International shipping is calculated at checkout and is usually £20–£25 to most destinations, with a non-guaranteed delivery timescale of 6–12 working days. We deliver to all parts of Europe and worldwide, and ship using express international delivery.

3. Postage methodAll orders with free shipping are sent via Royal Mail or DHL. This means your item will be delivered between 3–6 working days, or for non-stock items 6–12 working days. We can also offer next day delivery with Royal Mail Special Delivery or DHL Express. For order-in items, delivery time is 6–12 working days.
International orders are charged at £20–£25 depending on your location. If your country is exempt from VAT (e.g. outside the EU), this will be removed from your order total at checkout. Please also note that for all international orders, taxes and duties may be applicable in your destination country. Please check with your local customs office for further information.
4. Missed deliveriesIf you are not available to receive the delivery at the time it is attempted, Royal Mail or DHL will leave a card. This will allow you to arrange a redelivery at a more convenient time or collect the item from your local sorting office. Due to security reasons, all items must be signed for and we cannot send items unrecorded.
If for any reason the item is returned to us (e.g. incorrect address specified or item not collected), we will inform you immediately by email once the item is received. You will then be given the choice to have the item re-dispatched or to cancel the order. Please note that for items undelivered through fault of the consumer, where a refund is requested, we reserve the right to deduct our outward shipping fees from the refund total.
5. Late deliveries or dispatchAlthough we are able to ship almost every order within the specified delivery timescale, in rare circumstances our shipping capacity may be exceeded, causing a delay of up to one extra day. While unfortunate, this situation can occasionally occur when buying online. Should this happen, your order will be marked for urgent delivery the following day.
Another possible cause of delay is an issue with the delivery service itself. This is rare and beyond our control, but in such situations we will do our very best to take responsibility and ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible.
5.1 Consequential loss for late deliveriesIf a delivery is late (e.g. the postal service fails to deliver within the guaranteed timescale), we will provide a refund of any delivery charges paid. If the delivery was free, we do not provide financial compensation for consequential losses, such as time taken off work to receive the delivery.
