Delivery Information
1. Sales Notification

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as you place an order giving you all relevant information including a sales receipt and delivery information.


2. Delivery timescales

The delivery time scale is specified on the product page and at the checkout to indicate when you will receive your order.

We Offer Free Shipping 3-6 Working Days, Next Day delivery and order in items delivery is 6-12 Working Days.

Due to the nature of the watches and jewellery which we sell, we operate a strict fraud screening process (e.g. you specify an alternative residential address as the delivery location which resides in another county to the billing address) there may be a delay of a few hours while we perform the appropriate checks.  If we are unable to validate your order, you will receive an email to inform you of this.

Please note: In rare circumstances, during extremely busy periods it is not always possible to dispatch all orders the same day.

For order in items, you can usually expect to receive the item within 6-12 business days Approx.  If the delay is likely to be significantly longer than this we will contact you either by telephone or email to inform you of an approximate delivery date.

In the event of a delay, we will contact you either by email or telephone to inform you of this.


2.1 International deliveries

The delivery estimate on the product page apply for international deliveries. International orders are shipped by Royal Mail International, who passes the package onto your overseas delivery company. International shipping is calculated in the checkout, and is usually £9.99 to most destinations, and the delivery timescale is a non-guaranteed 3 - 10 working days. We Delivery to All Parts of Europe. We can also provide an Express International Delivery please contact us.

3. Postage method

All orders free Shipping go with Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Signed for. This means your item will be delivered between 3 to 5 working days. We can offer Next Day Delivery with Royal Mail Special Delivery For Any Items out of stock delivery time is 3-8 Working days and finally we can offer a Guaranteed Saturday delivery.

International orders are charged at £9.99 depending on your location. If your country is exempt from VAT (e.g. outside the EU) this will be removed from your order total in the checkout.


4. Missed deliveries

If you are not in to receive the delivery at the time the delivery is attempted, the Royal Mail will leave you a card. This will allow you to telephone them to arrange a redelivery at a more convenient time, or alternatively you can collect it from your local sorting office. Due to security reasons, all items must be signed for and we cannot send items unrecorded.

If for any reason the item is returned to us (e.g. incorrect address specified, item not called for), then we will inform you immediately by email as soon as we receive the item. From this point forth, you will be given a choice whether you wish us to redispatch the item or for you to cancel the order. Please note that for items that were undelivered through fault of the consumer and a refund is requested, we reserve the right to deduct our outwardly shipping fees from the refund total.


5. Late deliveries or dispatch

Although we are able to ship almost every order in the specified delivery timescale, in rare circumstances our shipping capacity can be exceeded and cause a delay of one extra day. We regret that this situation can occur occasionally, and is an unfortunate situation which is naturally associated with buying online, however this only occurs in rare situations and, should this occur, your order is marked for urgent delivery the following day.

The other circumstance which may cause a delay is when the delivery service itself has a problem. This, again, is a rare situation but is unfortunately beyond our control. In these situations, we will do our very best to take responsibility for the situation and ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible.


5.1 Consequential loss for late deliveries

If a delivery is late, e.g. the postal service fails to deliver within the guaranteed timescale, then we will provide a refund of any delivery charges that were charged to you. If the delivery was free, we do not provide financial compensation to cover consequential losses, e.g. Time taken off work to receive.

Returns
Christmas Returns Policy

To take advantage of this Extended Returns Period, the Sales receipt document must show a purchase date of 10th October to 22nd December 2025.

Last Day for Guaranteed Christmas Delivery is Friday 19th December with Next Day Delivery Option.

Unwanted items purchased online can be returned to our Office Address details on the About us Page of our website. Items returned by post must be posted by 12th January 2026.

The Extended Christmas returns period applies to all products that can normally be returned for exchange or refund, in line with our usual returns policy. This does not affect your legal rights.

Returns & Exchange Policy We constantly work hard to provide 100% Brand New Authentic & Original Goods that are fault free and undamaged. On occasion however, goods may need to be returned. Returns are governed by these Terms and Conditions as below and you are provided a Full 30 Days Money Back Guarantee Returns Policy for Peace of mind for any reason.

Cooling-Off Period You have a statutory right to a 30 Day Money Back Returns Policy 'cooling off' period. If you change your mind about the Goods, they must be returned within 30 Days of Sale. Goods please to be returned in new, unused, unaltered, and unworn condition with all the protective plastics/packaging, hang tags, manuals, accessories and boxes intact in original state.
You will be responsible for returning the Goods at your own cost. We suggest you return all unwanted Goods by appropriately insured recorded delivery service.
Note: You should return Goods by Royal Mail Special Delivery, only to our specified address and email us the tracking number. . If we fail to get back to you in good time, a further 7 working days will be allowed for returns, starting from the original date of our email reply to you.

Please Allow 14 Working Days for the refund to be fully issued by our Accounts Team. If Goods are returned in partial packaging.

Damaged / Shortages / Errors Prior to despatch, all Goods are hand checked. However, if you receive Goods that are, different from those that you ordered, missing/short from an order, or have faults and/or are damaged including damages in transit and packing errors, you must contact us immediately within 48 hours by emailing us.
It is your responsibility to check Goods as soon as you receive them. This also applies when the Goods being bought are to be gifts or consequently sold on again. We only accept faulty Goods for up to 30 Days of receipt of Goods in their original condition with all packaging and documentation providing the damage is not caused by Malicious damage and/or Incorrect usage. Claims will not be accepted otherwise. Cost of Return Goods or Faulty Goods is at the Buyers cost and Designer Watches will not reimburse any costs involved in return of Goods back to us.
Warranty Repair is completed by our Authorised Repair Centre and all Repair work under Warranty is Completed within 1-3 weeks and you will be kept updated throughout the Process.
Note: You should return Goods by Royal Mail Special Delivery, only to our specified address and email us the tracking number. This will result in unnecessary delays and further costs which will be deducted from your refund.

Warranty

Warranty Info When buying from us, you can rest assured that all timepieces are backed by either Manufacturers or our own DPW Limited Warranty. The Warranty Period is at least 2 Years. The warranty type and length is almost always stated with a product in the specifications of each model and this does not affect your customer's statutory rights.
If you have any questions regarding warranties, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Please Note - To validate your warranty with us, we will require the original invoice receipt which you will be issued with the watch. Below is a rough guide to what is covered by the warranty which is the same as the High Street shops.

  • The strap of a watch
  • Buttons
  • Crystals/Gem stones on the exterior
  • Glass scratches or breakages
  • Battery
  • Damage from improper handling, lack of care, accidents or normal wear & tear
  • Water damage unless marked water resistant (Please be aware of the ATM ratings)
Please refer to the warranty booklet that comes with the watch for further information on what is and what is not covered under Warranty.

Advice on Water Resistance It is imperative that you understand the ATM (Atmospheres) ratings before watch is exposed to water. To start with, remember that water resistant watches are not water proof. A watch which is marked with water resistant rating of 5 ATM or 50 meters should not be expected to withstand a depth of 50 meters under water. These ratings are based on laboratory tests which show the ability of a watch to withstand pressure in a static condition (motionless water) and at specified depth. When swimming under water by wearer, the water pressure is obviously different due to arm movement as compared to pressure in static condition.
Manufacturers have their own water resistant recommendations. Below are some general guidelines:

  • 3 ATM or 30 Meters: Splash, rain, little water exposure
  • 5 ATM or 50 Meters: Brief immersion in still water, wash face
  • 10 ATM or 100 Meters: Bathing, swimming, snorkelling
  • 20 ATM or 200 Meters: Scuba diving
We suggest you avoid submerging your watch in water unless it is water resistant to at least 10 ATM. Leather straps will also wear out sooner if exposed to water regularly. Exposure to sea water and sauna can also affect its water resistance. Deterioration will also occur as gasket is aged.
Watches should not be put in a sauna or a hot tub since the exposure to heat can easily make the gaskets lose their shape and ability to keep water and dust out.
Watches should not be worn in the bath/shower. The soap suds reduce the surface tension of the rubber gasket in the watch, which allows water to get in. The soap can also damage the seal itself. So we highly recommend you do not bathe with your watch.
